1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to k9win pak. This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and k9win pak ("Platform", "us"). These terms govern all aspects of your use of the k9win pak platform, including the official website at k9winpak.onl, the mobile app and all services provided by us.

By accessing the k9win pak website, downloading our app, registering a new account, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions in this document, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

3 Security & Account Management

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential, including your username and password. k9win pak will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

You are required to take the following steps to keep your k9win pak account secure:

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through your account security settings.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account every time you finish using a shared device.
• Contact k9win pak support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

K9win pak will not be liable for any losses arising from your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. However, if you promptly report unauthorised access, our security team will investigate and take appropriate action.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

K9win pak offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.

General Bonus Terms:

8 Account Closure & Suspension

K9win pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Multiple account registration or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, k9win pak reserves the right to hold the remaining balance while an investigation is carried out. If no serious violation is confirmed, the valid balance will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, k9win pak is not liable for:

10 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law
